The role: You’ll manage client accounts day to day, working on consumer promotions from brief through to fulfilment. This is a hands‑on, agency‑side role combining client service, campaign management, creative thinking and delivery .
You’ll be : Managing a portfolio of brand and agency clients Delivering incentive and promotional campaigns end‑to‑end Creating bespoke prize and travel solutions aligned to campaign mechanics Working with suppliers and partners to manage fulfilment Supporting account growth and long‑term client relationships Helping prize winners through their winning journey
About you~2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager (or strong Senior Account Executive ready to step up)~ Agency experience preferred (incentives, promotions, marketing, travel or rewards)~ Confident managing clients, timelines and multiple projects~ Commercially aware with strong attention to detail~ A genuine interest in travel, incentives, promotions or rewards
