Founding Account Executive- London (Hybrid) We’re partnering with a fast-growing venture-backed fintech start-up, currently scaling its commercial team following strong customer growth and continued investment.

This is a Founding Account Executive role focused on winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts across fintech and financial services.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, managing complex, consultative deals with multiple stakeholders while working closely with leadership to help shape the company’s go-to-market strategy and sales motion.

Typical deal sizes range from six to seven figures with long, strategic enterprise sales cycles. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through to close Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes Run consultative sales conversations focused on customer challenges and business outcomes Work cross-functionally with Product, Leadership and Customer teams and CEO Contribute to sales strategy, processes and commercial growth
