Founding Sales Lead Part-time | Remote (UK) | PropTech startup Role: Founding Sales Lead (part-time) Hours: 5 days per week, part-time (flexible scheduling) Location: Remote, UK-based Compensation: £15/hour plus uncapped commission on closed deals, including recurring commission on retained revenue. ASAP We’re an early-stage UK Property Tech startup building software for landlords and property managers. Our product helps property professionals run their portfolios more efficiently by reducing admin, improving tenant communication, and giving owners better visibility over their assets. You’d be our first dedicated sales hire, working directly with the founder to take the product to market. This is a founding sales role. This is a zero-to-one sales role: there is no mature pipeline or playbook yet, so you’ll help build both. You’ll own the full sales cycle: identifying prospects, running outreach, qualifying leads, demoing the product, negotiating, and closing. You’ll also help shape how we sell. The right person will treat this less like a typical SDR/AE seat and more like a chance to build a sales function from scratch, with real input into ICP, messaging, pricing, and process. Strong performance here can lead to expanded hours, greater responsibility, and a future commercial leadership role as we grow. Build the outbound pipeline from scratch, including prospect lists, sequences, and cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting UK landlords, lettings agencies, and property management firms. Own deal cycles from first touch through to contract signature and handover to onboarding. Set up and maintain the CRM, sales tooling, and reporting (we’ll fund what you need within reason). Help define our ICP, refine our pitch, and document the early playbook so we can hire behind you. Solid track record in B2B sales, ideally 4+ years, with demonstrable history of hitting or exceeding quota. Experience building pipeline from zero. Comfortable owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. Self-starter who can work autonomously in a remote, unstructured environment. Existing relationships or warm network within UK property/lettings. Experience with sales tooling such as HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
