JJob Title: Regional Sales Lead – OEM Motor Finance Location: North Midlands & North West Region – remote working with regular travel across your territory (monthly visit to Solihull office) Hours: Full-time, Permanent

As a Regional Sales Lead, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with OEM dealer partners across your region. Reporting to the OEM Motor Senior Manager, you will support dealers in achieving strong performance outcomes while ensuring great customer and compliance standards. This is a field-based role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build long-term, trusted partnerships within the motor finance industry. Deliver engaging training on systems, campaigns, processes, and regulatory requirements Support dealers to improve performance across financial products, customer suitability, credit volume, and quality metrics Collaborate with partners on wholesale requirements, utilisation, and demonstrator planning Ensure accurate flow of information into internal risk and compliance teams Support resolution of complaints with a balanced, customer-focused approach Identify opportunities to grow used car finance pipelines within your region Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners improve performance and customer outcomes

We are looking for someone who brings a mix of commercial awareness, relationship-building ability, and confidence working independently in a field-based role. Full driving licence Experience in Retail Motor Finance or a similar financial services environment Strong background in account management or business development Highly organised with strong time management skills Collaborative approach with a focus on long-term partnerships
