Clearance Stock Supplies are looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Over the past 10 years, Clearance Stock Supplies has grown to become one of the UK’s premier surplus and clearance stock buyers, partnering with major UK PLCs, supermarkets, online retailers, manufacturers and importers. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for someone who can help us identify new opportunities, develop supplier relationships and source surplus stock across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing clearance and excess stock from businesses across the UK, building relationships with suppliers and identifying new opportunities. You will proactively approach companies to source surplus inventory across a wide range of categories including: Office equipment You will identify stock opportunities and present potential deals directly to the company directors, helping us expand our supplier network and increase purchasing opportunities.
Proactively identify and approach businesses with surplus, clearance, or excess inventory Expand and strengthen our supplier network Previous experience in a business development, stock buying, clearance, or similar role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability Full UK driving licence required Be part of a growing business with strong industry relationships Opportunity to play a key role in expanding our supplier network
