UST is seeking a senior Sales Executive to accelerate growth across our PACE Platform and Services portfolio. An enterprise Platform for Accelerated Cloud Engineering, unifying DevSecOps, platform engineering, and delivery governance to help organisations build, deploy, and operate cloud‑native products faster, more securely, and at scale. This is a high‑impact role for a commercially astute professional who excels in executive‑level engagement and thrives on building trusted relationships that translate into long‑term strategic partnerships. In this role, you will act as a senior ambassador for UST, engaging C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders, shaping demand, and positioning PACE as a differentiated platform aligned to complex client needs. Success requires a consultative, insight‑led approach, underpinned by strong commercial discipline and a proven ability to win new business in competitive markets.

Defining and executing a go‑to‑market strategy to prospect, develop, and close new enterprise accounts. Building and sustaining trusted relationships at C‑suite and Board level, engaging senior decision‑makers and influencers to understand strategic priorities and technology challenges. Developing and executing a solution‑based sales strategy that positions UST’s PACE offerings as high‑value, outcome‑driven solutions. Operating as a proven new‑business “hunter”, leveraging and expanding your professional network to unlock new opportunities. Producing accurate forecasts across committed, best‑case, and likely sales scenarios. You are a senior sales professional with gravitas, credibility, and a track record of winning in complex enterprise environments.
