What you’ll be doing Delivering technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) Working with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions Supporting RFID, Auto-ID, mobile computing, and FIS projects Assisting with integrations, APIs, and technical configuration Providing technical support and customer training Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends What we’re looking for This role could suit: A Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Technical Support Engineer OR a recent graduate in a technical discipline looking for a hands-on customer-facing technology role You’ll ideally have: Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving ability Confidence communicating with customers Understanding of APIs, integrations, or data flows Interest in emerging technologies and real-world operational systems Experience with RFID, Auto-ID, Android devices, warehousing, retail technology, or industrial scanning would be advantageous.
