Account Manager – Up to £55k + Bonus – Exeter (Hybrid) – Permanent In this position you will play a key role in establishing and shaping the Account Management function.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers by building strong relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through proactive account planning and engagement. Manage renewals and reduce churn risk by identifying issues early and ensuring customer concerns are resolved effectively.
3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management or Customer Success roles.~ Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts, improving customer retention, and driving revenue growth.~ Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in upselling, cross-selling, and renewal management.~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
