Mission Drive SUNMI’s commercial growth across the UK & Ireland region, with primary focus on the UK and Ireland. Develop and manage strategic key accounts including banks, payment partners and enterprise clients. Execute SUNMI’s regional commercial strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets. Strengthen SUNMI’s brand presence, products, and solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the Europe team and internal stakeholders to support sustainable market development.

Role & Responsibilities:

Key Account Management Own and develop end-to-end commercial relationships with key accounts, including banks, payment platforms, ISVs, and strategic partners. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions. Build and execute strategic account plans, generate pipeline, and secure long-term partnerships.

Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland, with strong focus on the payments and key accounts ecosystems. Expand into new verticals such as banking, logistics, and hospitality.

Commercial Execution Deliver against revenue and margin targets aligned with SUNMI’s regional objectives. Drive forecast accuracy, manage deal structuring, pricing negotiations, and business reviews. Monitor the competitive landscape to identify risks, opportunities, and potential partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with European Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure customer success. Coordinate with HQ on product requirements, certifications, and local market adaptations. Contribute insights to support regional marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Customer Satisfaction & Support Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating internal resources across technical, support, and service functions. Proactively manage escalations, operational issues, and project deployments. Build strong, long-term relationships and help customers maximize value from SUNMI solutions.

Market Intelligence Monitor and analyse market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity across the UK & Ireland. Share actionable insights with the Europe team to refine strategy and product positioning.

Brand Representation Represent SUNMI in customer engagements, industry events, and trade fairs across the region. Promote SUNMI’s technology, innovation, and brand positioning in the market….
