Location: Battersea Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm (1-2 Saturdays per month)

Salary: £65,000 p/a depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Auction & Business Development Manager to join our growing property business based in Battersea. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in the property industry, a proven track record in sales and new business generation, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities across property sales and auctions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and vendors

• Identify and secure new instructions

• Manage the auction process from appraisal through to completion

• Conduct property valuations and provide strategic sales advice

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities

• Represent the company at networking events and industry functions

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the property sector

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the property industry

• Previous experience in auctions, property sales, & business development

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to win business

• Established network within the property market preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence
