We are passionate about creating imaginative products that inspire play, creativity, and joy for children everywhere. We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a key supporting role that would suit a customer-focused individual with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and strong Excel skills. You will play a vital role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly by providing administrative support, maintaining accurate data, and facilitating communication between our sales team, customers, and other internal departments.

Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and act as a key contact for retail accounts and their requirements.• Maintain accurate data across EPOS, price trackers, customer records, and portals, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision making.• Support sales planning, forecasting, and stock management, working closely with Customers, Demand Planning, and Supply teams.• Coordinate product launches and new line setups, ensuring all assets, pricing, and information are accurate and delivered on time.• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, inventory levels, and competitor activity, identifying risks and opportunities and providing recommendations.• Support customer meetings and previews, including preparation of materials (VLLs, sell sheets, pricing), EPOS and invoiced sales analysis.• Carry out general administrative tasks, including sample management, meeting minutes, and maintaining preview calendars.• Attend team meetings, product reviews, and sales training as required.• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, demand & supply) to ensure smooth execution, strong customer relationships, and successful promotions and campaigns.

Previous experience in a sales support, account executive, or customer service role.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data (EPOS) and generate actionable insights.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data, reports, and customer information.• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, both internally and with customers.• Good commercial awareness, with an understanding of market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
