Area Sales Manager, Vascular Division Field-based role, Full-time, Permanent

Drive Performance. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, commercially driven Area Sales Manager to join our growing Vascular Division , taking ownership of a high-potential territory across the Midlands.

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on winning business, building strategic NHS relationships, and delivering sustained growth.

As Area Sales Manager, you will lead territory growth across our specialist vascular portfolio, partnering with NHS hospitals and healthcare professionals to deliver clinically effective solutions that improve patient care.

You will identify opportunities, influence key decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial success. This is an autonomous field-based role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, creating momentum, and consistently delivering results.

Deliver and exceed territory sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives Grow existing accounts through strategic account development and relationship management Lead product evaluations, presentations, tenders, and commercial negotiations Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline We want high-calibre sales talent with the drive to perform and the professionalism to build lasting partnerships.

Proven field-sales experience with a strong track record of delivering results Skilled in territory planning, opportunity management, and closing deals Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability Full UK driving licence and based in the Midlands (e.g. Medical device sales experience Experience managing NHS accounts and trusts
