Account Manager – Newcastle Hybrid – £65,000

We’re working with a growing company in the technology and digital solutions space, delivering data-driven and marketing-led services to a range of B2B clients. They’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full account lifecycle Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign and project delivery Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility 5+ years’ experience in Account Management within a tech or cyber environment~ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills~ Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office~ Opportunity to join a growing, ambitious business in the tech/digital sector…
