We’re seeking an Account Director to drive growth across our Corporate segment (2,000–10,000 seats) . Operating in a strategic land‑and‑expand model, you will secure high‑value new business and grow accounts by introducing the full Bytes portfolio – spanning Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, data & AI, software licensing, and managed services.

Cloud Solutions – Modernising and optimising cloud estates across Azure, M365, AWS, and the modern workplace, including large‑scale migration and multi‑cloud support. Cybersecurity – Enterprise‑grade protection, detection, and response across identity, data, and infrastructure, delivered with leading vendors such as Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Check Point, Mimecast, Wiz, and CyberArk. Data & AI – Driving insight and automation with data strategy, governance, analytics, and Azure‑based AI/Copilot services. Modern Workplace & Hybrid Infrastructure – Enhancing collaboration, productivity, and core infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, and Copilot, alongside hybrid environments built on VMware, Dell, HPE, Nutanix, Cisco, Aruba, Rubrik, Veeam, and NetApp.

Proven IT sales experience within a VAR, reseller, vendor, or services organisation which compliments Bytes’ portfolio Track record of winning and growing large accounts in the Corporate or Enterprise space. Strong commercial acumen – able to articulate value and navigate complex procurement and stakeholder environments. A proactive, self‑driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
