Sales Administrator – B2B SaaS Symprex is a software business based in Guildford in the UK. We are one of the leading providers of email signature management solutions worldwide. Our solutions enable organisations of any size globally to achieve brand consistency, legal compliance, and customer engagement on every email sent. Integrating with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange, our SaaS and software solutions are used by over 10,000 companies worldwide in over 100 countries, including multinationals with more than 100,000 users. We have big plans, are growing fast, and are building a commercial team to match. We are looking for a detail-oriented, flexible and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing B2B SaaS sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient processing of commercial documentation and accurate CRM management. You will work closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing, to support the full customer lifecycle. This is a full-time remote role. Prepare and process quotes, renewals and general sales enquiries• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility• Support pricing approvals and commercial documentation workflows• Assist with sales reporting, forecasting data and general sales requests• Liaise with Finance regarding invoicing and contract queries• Support partner administration and ad-hoc tasks where required• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a Sales Administration role within a B2B SaaS environment• Strong experience using CRM systems• Confident handling commercial documentation, quoting and contracts• Competitive compensation package £30-35K (This role is base salary and does not attract commission payment)• 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays• Great work culture• Remote working• Pension We have a supportive and inclusive company culture with a fantastic and friendly team of people.
