Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, delivering professional and courteous customer service. Actively download and efficiently manage data from lead sources, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through web forms and other sources, providing appropriate information and assistance. Use the CRM systems (ServiceMate, Quotient) to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities. Collaborate with the wider sales and admin team to provide comprehensive and accurate information, ensuring a smooth handover process. Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
