Expertise in MIM: High-performance parts (0.1g to 800g) with tolerances as tight as ±0.05mm. A 30-person mold workshop and end-to-end capabilities including CNC, stamping, laser engraving, and PVD plating. We are seeking an entrepreneurial technical professional to pioneer MIM technology adoption and drive new business development across European industrial markets. This is not a traditional sales role; Identify “blue ocean” opportunities in sectors where traditional manufacturing (CNC/Casting) can be replaced by MIM for better ROI. Strategic Client Acquisition: Lead the entire acquisition process from initial technical pitch to project implementation. Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through systematic market mapping and targeted outreach. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field is mandatory. Experience: 5+ years of success in technical business development or application engineering within precision manufacturing (MIM, Die Casting, or CNC experience preferred). Proven track record of introducing new manufacturing technologies to skeptical markets and converting them into long-term partnerships. Language: Native or Full Professional Proficiency in BOTH German and English is mandatory. An entrepreneurial “Hunter” spirit with the ability to work independently and manage complex, long-cycle technical sales.
