Drive customer sales growth across all product categories, delivering profitable gross margin returns while achieving annual territory targets. Use CRM systems effectively to analyse customer data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities. Support the successful launch of new products and ensure quarterly objectives are consistently achieved. Maintain a structured call cycle, meet daily KPIs, and proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a strong background in field sales or regional account management, along with a proven track record of growing existing accounts, winning new business, and consistently delivering against sales targets. You will be comfortable using CRM systems and possess a driven, organised, and self-motivated approach. Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills are essential.
