No boring clients here! With clients solely in the visitor attraction sector we are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to be the day to day lead.

 

The Role

This is a hands-on agency role. You’ll translate client objectives into effective digital marketing plans, evaluate campaign performance, and work closely with our creative, media and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class work.

A natural communicator; you’ll enjoy explaining results and solutions to clients, be naturally positive and able to build solid relationships. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead digital marketing activity for a portfolio of attraction clients
  • Build client relationships, present results, understand their goals, and proactively add value
  • Review performance across paid social, PPC and display ads (you won’t be setting up ads, but you’ll need to understand how they perform.)
  • Creating strong email & social organic campaigns with the creative team.
  • Briefing the creative team on messaging and digital ad creation
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

About you

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Enjoy building relationships with clients and being pro-active
  • Is confident analysing campaign performance and understands optimisation opportunities
  • Experience of paid digital channels (Meta, Google, programmatic)
  • Appreciates strong creative and can give constructive feedback
  • Has working knowledge of xwzovoh email marketing and organic social
  • Is highly organised and enjoys taking ownership
