Change Enablement Lead (6-Month Contract)
We’re looking for a talented Change Enablement Lead to support the launch of a new pensions product. This role is all about designing practical, engaging learning solutions that help colleagues adapt smoothly and confidently to change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver impactful digital and in-person training
- Partner with teams to identify learning needs and barriers
- Create resources that simplify complex information
- Measure training effectiveness and refine as needed
- Support operational readiness and change adoption
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in learning, training, or change projects
- Skilled in digital learning tools (preferably Articulate 360)
- Strong workshop and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Excellent communicator with a focus on learner needs
- Familiar with regulated environments like financial or pensions sectors
- Pension or retirement product knowledge would be great
- Experience in change or operational readiness initiatives
