Change Enablement Lead (6-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a talented Change Enablement Lead to support the launch of a new pensions product. This role is all about designing practical, engaging learning solutions that help colleagues adapt smoothly and confidently to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver impactful digital and in-person training
• Partner with teams to identify learning needs and barriers
• Create resources that simplify complex information
• Measure training effectiveness and refine as needed
• Support operational readiness and change adoption

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in learning, training, or change projects
• Skilled in digital learning tools (preferably Articulate 360)
• Strong workshop and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Excellent communicator with a focus on learner needs
• Familiar with regulated environments like financial or pensions sectors
• Pension or retirement product knowledge would be great
• Experience in change or operational readiness initiatives
