- WATT™ – an upcoming AI driven platform for Wealth Advisors and IFAs designed to support advisory efficiency and client service delivery
These solutions are helping firms modernise traditional tax, advisory, and compliance processes through intelligent automation, workflow efficiency, and data driven decision making.
As the business continues its significant growth journey, FD Intelligence is now looking to appoint a highly commercial, hands on Commercial Director to drive revenue growth, expand market presence internationally, and help position the business as a recognised leader within the AI and tax technology space.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious commercial leader who wants to help scale a business internationally whilst playing a key role in shaping its future commercial success. There may also be equity available for the right individual.
The Role
This is a hands on commercial leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, opening opportunities, and driving high value sales conversations through to completion.
The successful individual will:
- Drive new business growth across UK and international markets
- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers across accountancy, finance, wealth advisory, and professional services sectors
- Lead commercial sales activity across FD Intelligence’s AI and automation platforms
- Develop and execute a scalable commercial growth strategy
- Increase market visibility and support international expansion plans
- Work closely with leadership to shape the future direction of the business and product offering
- Support the positioning of FD Intelligence as a market leader within AI driven tax and advisory technology
Average deal values are approximately £75k, with sales cycles ranging from one month to one year depending on complexity and scale. The role carries significant growth expectations with a clear focus on delivering £1M+ revenue growth.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record delivering significant commercial growth within technology, SaaS, AI, automation, or platform-based businesses
- Has experience selling software platforms, enterprise solutions, or subscription-based technology offerings
- Is highly credible engaging with senior stakeholders, partners, and executive decision makers
- Enjoys a hands-on sales approach and leading from the front
- Has experience scaling businesses and developing international markets
- Is commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and growth focused
- Is comfortable managing complex sales cycles and high value deals
- Brings energy, drive, ambition, and the desire to help build something significant
Experience selling into accountancy, tax, finance, wealth advisory, or professional services environments would be highly advantageous, although not essential.
