A fast-growing, procurement-led organisation is looking for an End-to-End Procurement Specialist to join a high-performing sourcing team delivering complex procurement projects across a fast-paced environment. This is not a role where you’ll sit in the background managing admin or running repetitive processes, you’ll be given real responsibility, real exposure and the opportunity to develop quickly.
From day one, you’ll be involved in full lifecycle procurement activity, working across sourcing, supplier engagement, stakeholder management, negotiations and contract award. You’ll gain hands-on experience delivering procurement projects that genuinely impact the wider business.

The role
You’ll support and lead procurement projects across a variety of spend areas, managing sourcing activity from market engagement through to supplier selection and contract implementation.
You’ll analyse spend, engage suppliers, support sourcing strategy and build strong stakeholder relationships while developing your commercial capability in a highly supportive environment.
This is a role for someone who wants more than just “process procurement” but rather someone who wants ownership, pace and progression.
Ideal background
- Early procurement or sourcing experience
- Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with the confidence to take ownership
- Public sector procurement exposure beneficial but not essential
