Wills Consultants are leading a retained search for a Global client seeking an exceptional Director of Channel Sales to lead and expand its international partner business—driving performance, shaping strategy, and leading a critical shift to modern subscription (SaaS) models.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock growth across global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales / channel team
- Define and execute international channel sales strategies
- Drive the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription/SaaS models across markets
- Build, manage, and grow channel partner relationships globally
- Establish strong operational cadence (forecasting, pipeline, QBRs/MBRs)
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Support regional markets with tailored go-to-market strategies and execution plans
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Strong background in channel sales / partner ecosystems
- Experience leading transition from perpetual software to subscription/SaaS
- Highly analytical with the ability to extract and leverage data for decision-making
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong commercial acumen and forecasting discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management across international markets
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
