An established wealth management firm in Bristol is looking to appoint a Senior Administrator to support advisers, clients and senior management across day-to-day operations and client servicing.
This position would suit an experienced financial services administrator looking to step into a broader role with increased responsibility and exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing investment and client instructions
- Maintaining accurate client and portfolio records
- Preparing client valuations and reports
- Supporting advisers and senior management
- Assisting with reconciliations and operational processes
- Mentoring junior team members
- Supporting improvements across administration processes
Requirements:
- Previous financial services administration experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage workloads independently
- Progress towards industry qualifications beneficial
