A well-established Legal 500 regional firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Nottingham at NQ–4 PQE level.
This Family Solicitor opportunity in Nottingham offers high-quality privately funded work, a loyal client base and clear progression within a supportive and growing team.
The Role
- Manage a caseload of private family matters including divorce and financial remedies
- Advise clients on private children matters including residence and contact
- Support pre- and post-nuptial agreement work
- Work closely with senior lawyers on more complex cases
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide clear, sensitive and commercially aware advice
- Contribute to business development and networking activity
- Support growth of the Family team in Nottingham
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor at NQ–4 PQE with family experience
- Experience in privately funded family work preferred
- Strong technical understanding of financial remedy matters
- Commercial and client-focused approach
- Able to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious with a desire to progress in Nottingham
