Social Media Content Creator
Location: Nottingham
Full Time – Hybrid
Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and ambitious Content Creator to join a fast-growing e-commerce and lifestyle business based in Nottingham.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital content, social media trends, and short-form video production. Working closely with senior leadership and the wider marketing team, you will play a key role in creating engaging content that drives brand awareness, audience growth, and online engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, film, and edit engaging content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Develop platform-specific content strategies tailored to audience behaviour and trends
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all channels
- Manage and organise a growing content library including video assets and creative files
- Monitor content performance using analytics and provide recommendations to improve reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles
- Collaborate with internal teams to support wider marketing and growth campaigns
- Produce high-quality short-form video content designed to maximise engagement and shareability
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a content creation, social media, or digital marketing role
- Strong filming and editing skills with experience creating polished video content
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Confident copywriting skills for captions, headlines, and social posts
- Ability to interpret analytics and use data to improve performance
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience working within a fast-paced online or e-commerce environment is desirable
