Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager / Manager

Growing independent tax advisory firm seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager or Manager to support a broad portfolio of clients across transfer pricing advisory, documentation, policy design, and dispute resolution projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver transfer pricing projects across a range of sectors and international business structures
  • Advise on areas including transfer pricing policy, documentation, thin capitalisation, IP structures, and controversy matters
  • Support clients with benchmarking analysis, intra-group financing arrangements, and implementation issues
  • Manage client relationships and liaise directly with intermediaries and stakeholders
  • Assist with wider international tax and transaction-related projects where required
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, including graduates and associates
  • Identify opportunities for cross-service line collaboration and advisory work
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring technical quality and timely delivery

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ transfer pricing experience gained in practice or industry
  • Strong technical understanding of OECD and HMRC transfer pricing principles
  • Experience with benchmarking tools, economic analysis, and transfer pricing documentation
  • Knowledge of thin capitalisation, corporate interest restriction, and intra-group financing arrangements
  • Awareness of Pillar Two and broader international tax concepts beneficial
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred, or relevant postgraduate qualification
