RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently on loan security valuations
Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of lender clients
Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions with support from peers and wider team
REQUIREMENTS:
MRICS Qualified
RICS Registered Valuer
Extensive valuation experience across all main sectors
Excellent written report writing skills
Competent in Excel, Word and valuation software
Motivated individual who is keen to progress their career
