This Commercial Property Solicitor role in Manchester offers exposure to a broad mix of development, corporate occupier and public sector work, acting for developers, large corporates, funds, local authorities and government bodies. As a Commercial Property Solicitor in Manchester, you will work as part of a collaborative cross‑office team, gaining exposure to complex transactions while benefiting from strong supervision, structured development and a high‑performance culture.
The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals and leasing
- Supporting large‑scale development projects and corporate occupier work
- Acting on investment transactions for national and institutional clients
- Working closely with partners on complex, high‑value matters
- Managing your own caseload with increasing responsibility
- Acting as a day‑to‑day contact for clients providing commercially focused advice
- Collaborating with planning, construction, finance and corporate teams
- Supporting business development and client relationship activity
The Candidate:
- 2–5 PQE Solicitor with strong Commercial Real Estate experience
- Experience gained within a recognised regional or national firm
- Strong technical grounding across acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach
- Confident managing matters independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Team‑oriented with a collaborative working style
- Interest in business development and building client relationships
