THE ROLE IN ONE LINE

Relay Direct is looking for Customer Success Executives to be the friendly face of some of the UK’s most well-known brands — engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and turning initial conversations into long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary representative for brand partners in local campaigns
  • Create outstanding customer experiences that strengthen brand trust and loyalty
  • Recognise and convert customer needs into meaningful brand results
  • Share valuable insights back into campaign planning through regular team reviews
  • Progress into a senior customer success or account management position
