The Role
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to support land bids and strategic land opportunities from an early stage, providing design, technical and planning expertise. The role involves managing residential developments from inception through to completion and beyond.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing and amending site layouts, planning drawings and technical documentation
- Managing planning applications, conditions and stakeholder liaison
- Coordinating construction information and building regulations submissions
- Supporting site delivery, attending meetings and resolving technical queries
- Preparing legal, contract and conveyancing drawings
Requirements
- Previous experience within a housebuilder’s design and technical department
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages
- Strong technical, communication and project coordination skills
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
