This Commercial Property Solicitor role in Nottingham offers exposure to a broad mix of work including acquisitions, disposals, developments and landlord & tenant matters, acting for a diverse client base including developers, investors, landlords and businesses. You will join a supportive and collaborative environment with a genuine focus on building long‑term client relationships and delivering practical, high‑quality advice.

The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Acting on development transactions and refinancing matters
- Working with developers, landlords, tenants and investors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
- Supervising junior team members where appropriate
- Working collaboratively across the wider firm
The Candidate:
- 3–6 PQE Solicitor with solid Commercial Property experience
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong experience across acquisitions, disposals and leases
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach
- Strong client‑facing and communication skills
- Experience working with developers, landlords and tenants
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet billing expectations
- Team‑oriented with interest in mentoring junior colleagues
