We are partnering with a growing, private equity-backed, multi-site service business to appoint a Regional Director for East Anglia.
This is a high-impact leadership role offering full accountability for commercial performance, operational delivery, and people leadership—with a clear mandate to drive performance, transformation, and growth across the region.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on operational leader with a strong leadership style to take ownership of a complex, field-based operation across East Anglia.
You will play a critical role in improving systems, processes, and performance, while driving sustainable growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Full regional P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
- Driving revenue growth through new business, pricing strategy, and retention
- Leading and developing multi-site, field-based teams across the region
- Delivering operational excellence, improving productivity and efficiency
- Leading systems and process transformation initiatives
- Strengthening commercial performance, pipeline, and conversion
- Building a high-performing leadership culture, coaching and developing managers
- Identifying opportunities for growth, optimisation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a commercially strong, operationally focused leader with experience in scale, change, and performance-led environments.
You will likely bring:
- Experience in a regional, area, or multi-site leadership role
- Proven ownership of P&L and commercial performance
- Strong background in field-based, service-led or operational businesses
- Demonstrable experience driving operational change, transformation, and systems improvement
- Track record of success within fast-paced and/or private equity-backed environments
- Strong leadership capability, with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- A hands-on, resilient approach with the ability to thrive in a challenging, evolving environment
