Salary: up to £90,000k
The Role
They are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with deep Ruby on Rails expertise to help drive the next phase of platform development.
This is a senior-level hands-on role suited to someone comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from technical planning and implementation through to deployment and optimisation in live production environments.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing not only code but also technical direction, architectural decisions, and engineering standards.

Experience & Skills
- Significant commercial software engineering experience in modern web application development
- Strong hands-on expertise with Ruby on Rails in production environments

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tooling and workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
