Education People are delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Somerset that is seeking an enthusiastic, engaging, and passionate History Teacher to join their team for the whole of Term 6.

The role is full-time (5 days per week) and will begin in June, teaching History across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school is looking for a teacher who can create engaging lessons, build positive relationships with students, and contribute positively to the wider school community. Planning and marking responsibilities may be included within the role.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching History within a secondary setting
- Be passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
