Experienced Sales Consultant (High-Volume / Phone-Based) – London (Liverpool Street)

City of London (on-site)

⏰ Mon–Fri 9–6 + 1 in 5 Saturdays (day in lieu)

£30k –35k + uncapped commission + bonus

This is not a traditional property role

We’re partnering with a fast-growing home buying group helping homeowners sell quickly and with certainty.

People don’t come here casually, they come because they need a solution.

That means conversations require empathy, confidence, and commercial instinct in equal measure.

The Role

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role where you’ll speak to up to 100 homeowners a day.

You’ll take inbound enquiries, understand each seller’s situation, and guide them toward the right outcome. It’s fast-paced, people-heavy, and performance-driven – ideal for someone who thrives on energy, momentum, and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls (80–100 daily)
  • Building rapport quickly with a wide range of customers
  • Navigating sensitive conversations (financial pressure, urgency to sell, etc.)
  • Qualifying motivation, timelines, and suitability
  • Delivering consultative, solution-led conversations (not scripted selling)
  • Converting opportunities through trust and confidence

What We’re Looking For

We are open on background – you do not need property experience.

What matters is how you communicate and sell.

  • Proven experience in a high-volume phone-based sales role (e.g. SDR, telesales, call centre, collections, retention)
  • Confident speaking to all types of people and adapting quickly
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive or high-pressure situations with empathy
  • Strong objection handling and closing instincts
  • High energy, resilient, and target-driven
  • Motivated by earning potential and performance
