Amelia Knight Limited is looking for an organised and proactive Finance Assistant to support our busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and previous experience within a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the finance team across purchase ledger, sales ledger, and banking functions
- Processing and recording supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with supplier payments and payment runs
- Reconciling bank accounts and financial transactions
- Setting up new supplier accounts in line with company policy
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve finance queries
- Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be able to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
