Executive Assistant

£65,000–£70,000 + bonus + benefits | West End | Hybrid working (4 days in office during onboarding, moving to 3 days thereafter)

We are partnering with a highly regarded global alternative investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team member and two Managing Directors within the investment team.

This is a highly involved role within a fast-paced and deal-driven environment, supporting a senior stakeholder who splits their time between the UK and US. The position requires an EA who is confident managing competing priorities, operating with discretion and becoming heavily embedded within the wider investment team.

Previous experience supporting investment professionals within private equity, investment banking, asset management or another investment-led financial services environment is essential, together with strong exposure to investment committee coordination and wider deal processes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple senior stakeholders and time zones
  • Extensive international travel coordination, primarily across the UK and US
  • End-to-end coordination of investment committee meetings and materials
  • Supporting wider deal processes and team coordination
  • Liaising closely with clients, portfolio companies and senior internal stakeholders
  • Managing meeting logistics and high-level communication across the investment team
  • Acting as a trusted and proactive right-hand support to senior professionals

  • Has Executive Assistant experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management or another deal-driven financial services environment
  • Has strong investment committee coordination experience
  • Understands the pace and demands of supporting senior investment professionals
  • Is highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team
