Senior Software Engineer
Tech stack: Python, Cloud Infrastructure, APIs, Kubernetes, AI/ML, CI/CD

We’re hiring a Senior Engineer to help build and scale production grade AI infrastructure for enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable backend systems, cloud platforms, and deployment infrastructure that takes AI solutions from prototype through to secure, scalable production environments.
The Role:
* Design and build backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
* Deliver production-ready AI systems with monitoring, scaling, and reliability built in
* Work with AI infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational tooling
* Contribute to architecture decisions and platform engineering
* Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Digital Intelligence Engineers
* Improve observability, testing, security, and production operations
* Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering standards
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years building production backend systems and APIs
* Strong hands-on engineering skills with Python or similar backend technologies
* Experience operating production systems in cloud environments
* Hands-on with containerisation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
* Strong understanding of databases and system design
* Experience implementing security controls in production environments
* Interest in AI systems and enterprise AI deployment
* Ability to work independently and contribute to technical direction
Nice to Have:
* Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, insurance, or financial services
* Experience with AI infrastructure, model serving, or ML pipelines
* Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale
* Experience with observability and distributed systems
