The Role
Lead the full Project Controls function on a major programme
Own planning, cost, risk, and performance reporting
Provide executive-level insight and drive delivery confidence
Line manage and develop a controls team
What They’re Looking For
Proven Project Controls Manager experience on major programmes
Sector background in infrastructure, nuclear, defence, rail, or aviation
Strong Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM) skills
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and programme boards
Someone who leads from the front — not just reports from the back
