On behalf of our client, an ambitious and fast-growing challenger brand within the UK leisure industry, we are looking to appoint a talented Midweight or Senior level Interior Designer to join the team during an exciting phase of expansion. The company is known for creating immersive, destination-focused venues that seamlessly combine hospitality, cinema, and entertainment, delivering a truly unique customer experience. With a strong commitment to quality across both guest and employee experiences, the brand has established itself as a leader in creating engaging and memorable environments.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of interior design projects while working closely with the team lead throughout all stages of the process. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing innovative hospitality and leisure spaces from initial concept through to final delivery.
We are seeking a designer with a minimum of five years’ experience in interior design, ideally gained within the hospitality or leisure sectors. Candidates should feel confident developing creative concepts, producing high-quality presentations and visual content, and translating ideas into compelling 3D designs. Previous experience overseeing projects on-site and maintaining design quality through delivery is essential.
The ideal applicant will be highly creative, design-driven, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong technical ability is also important, including proficiency in Vectorworks and advanced SketchUp capabilities. An understanding of current building regulations and industry standards would be advantageous.
