What will you be doing?
Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you act as the link between clients and candidates – no two days are the same. Your role is split across two core areas: Candidates and Clients
What we’re looking for
- Client Focus
- Prospecting new clients: Identifying business opportunities and reaching out to potential clients.
- Client meetings: Understanding hiring needs and advising on recruitment solutions.
- Account management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Sourcing talent: Actively searching, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Matching: Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and matching them to suitable roles.
- Network building: Maintaining regular contact with candidates to build a strong professional network.
- Salary: Competitive base salary
