Property Litigation Paralegal – Boutique Firm – Oxford Circus – £36,000 – 6 Month FTC – Immediate Start

A small boutique firm based near Oxford Circus is looking for a Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The role:

• Supporting fee earners across a range of property litigation matters
• File management, drafting and legal research
• Producing bundles and CE filing
• Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties

What they’re looking for:

• Experience in a property litigation team — landlord and tenant experience will also be considered
• A solid understanding of file management and litigation procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy caseload
• Someone proactive and able to hit the ground running from day one
