We are working with a boutique management consultancy that partners with global organisations across Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing to deliver large-scale transformation programmes. With continued growth across strategic advisory and operational change initiatives, our client is looking to appoint a Senior Manager, Business Transformation who can lead complex engagements, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the future direction of the business. You’ll join a highly collaborative environment where your ideas, commercial insight, and leadership capability will directly contribute to meaningful transformation outcomes for internationally recognised clients.
The Senior Manager, Business Transformation will lead strategic client programmes from concept through implementation, helping organisations solve operational, commercial, and organisational challenges while driving measurable impact.
Role Highlights
– Lead end-to-end transformation engagements across strategy, operating model design, and implementation
– Build trusted relationships with senior leadership teams and C-suite stakeholders
– Facilitate strategic workshops focused on growth, operational excellence, and future-state planning
– Deliver executive-level presentations and actionable transformation roadmaps
– Mentor consultants while contributing to capability development and revenue growth
You Will Need
– 10+ years’ consulting experience within a top-tier or boutique advisory environment
– Proven delivery experience across transformation, turnaround, or business optimisation programmes
– Strong commercial thinking with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
– Advanced stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing executive audiences
– Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills alongside experience managing high-performing teams
