The Opportunity
Joining Harris & Co means taking ownership of your own specialist market within the US. You will work directly with senior decision-makers, partnering with leading contractors, biotech firms, infrastructure businesses, and advanced technology organizations on critical leadership hires. This is a full 360 executive search role with genuine autonomy, clear progression, and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retained and contingent executive search mandates across your specialist sector
- Develop long-term relationships with senior US-based clients and candidates
- Headhunt and engage high-caliber leadership talent across competitive markets
- Manage the full search process from business development through to placement
- Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring insight to clients
- Build your own brand and reputation within your vertical

What We’re Looking For
- Experience within recruitment or executive search
