The company:
The client is a dynamic private equity and infrastructure fund manager.
They invest across all major Infrastructure & Energy verticals across UK and European markets.
They operate within the mid-market space and typically write equity tickets between €50-250m.
The role:
You will be an active member of the investments team working on the whole deal making process
Moreover. you will play a key part in the origination of new deals and performing commercial and financial due diligence
In addition you will be heavily involved on the deal execution side encompassing deal structuring, negotiation of terms, managing advisors
The Ideal candidate:
– 2-4 years of experience from Infrastructure/Energy M&A Investment Banking, or Private Equity
– Excellent financial modelling skills with the ability to build models from scratch
– Excellent academic background
– Ability to co-ordinate projects and prioritise time effectively.
– European languages are advantageous
