Where will you be working?At M Group Energy, were enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.Based at our Bury St Edmunds (Higham) office in Suffolk , youll be joining Aran , part of M Group Energy -an industry-leading provider of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions.With a strong reputation for quality and delivery, Aran is focused on raising standards across installation projects while improving the comfort, cost of living and sustainability of UK homes.What will you be doing?As a Technical Quality Manager , youll take ownership of technical quality, compliance and audit performance across retrofit installation works.This is a leadership role where youll influence how quality is delivered across the business-working closely with operational, technical and supply chain teams to ensure work is completed right first time and in line with industry standards.Your responsibilities will include: Leading compliance with PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and TrustMark requirementsOverseeing internal quality audits, inspections and assurance processesAnalysing audit outcomes and identifying trends, risks and improvementsDriving corrective actions and embedding continuous improvement initiativesManaging accreditations, certifications and external audit readinessProviding technical support and guidance to operational teams and partnersMonitoring installation performance and improving quality outcomesSupporting client audits, technical queries and compliance requirementsYoull be central to ensuring high standards are maintained across all projects-helping the business deliver safely, compliantly and consistently.

What youll bring
