Chief People Officer – Education (Pension)

Discovery Trust in Leicester is looking for a Chief People Officer to lead the People strategy across its 20 academies during an exciting growth period. As an executive team member, you will develop innovative HR operations and organizational culture, reporting directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have executive HR experience in unionised environments and a CIPD Level 7 qualification. The role includes a salary package of £90,000-£100,000, alongside a Local Government Pension Scheme and attractive benefits.
