The role
We are recruiting for a high‑potential Spa Supervisor or current Assistant Manager with proven operational responsibility in a hotel spa setting, demonstrating readiness to step into a management role.
You will need to bring strong frontline leadership, commercial awareness, and a track record of supporting revenue‑driving activities and service excellence.
You will be:
- Already performing Assistant Manager‑level duties without the title
- Trusted to run shifts, oversee teams, and manage operations in absence of senior management
- Experienced in Hotel Spas (High Value)
You will have exposure to:
- Treatment revenue optimisation
- Upselling and package promotion
- Supervisory experience managing therapists and reception teams
- Staff performance issues
- Shift coordination
- Maintaining morale in busy periods
The next step is formal management responsibility, trusted with:
