DATA ANALYST
Contract: Operations Performance

We are seeking a Data Analyst responsible for maintaining digital building models and associated cost models that support the services we deliver.
Job Description
This role focuses on creating performance benchmarks and recommendations that help drive productivity across the business.
So, we are looking for someone who will ensure the accuracy, consistency and effective use of costing data within the OneCost global costing tool.
This role builds and maintains high-quality costing models, safeguards data integrity, and provides clear analysis and insight to help ISS benchmark and optimise cleaning and other services across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and update site and contract cost models within the OneCost tool
- Accurately enter, validate and cleanse costing input data from multiple sources
- Monitor data integrity through regular checks, reconciliations and exception reporting
- Produce standard and ad hoc costing reports for Operations, Finance and Commercial teams
- Support performance benchmarking and productivity analysis across the business
- Work with stakeholders to ensure data is consistent, well-structured and aligned to global standards
- Document assumptions, methodologies and data changes to maintain a clear audit trail
- Provide clear analysis and insight to support optimisation of cleaning and related services
About You
- Strong data skills – including transformation, migration and automation
- Advanced user of Office 365 – particularly Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear communicator, able to explain data and insights to non-technical colleagues
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn new tools and processes
- Facilities Management (FM) experience would be an advantage
- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (desirable)
- Experience working with APIs (desirable)
